"They sell several brands of jerky and a bunch of exotics imported... including python, camel, gator and etc. Some Amish popcorn and the like. Kershaw knives and some trail goods. Their own brand of jerky is probably made of eye of rounds that are pretty high quality, but sinewy . So after a good chew you have to spit a dobb out. Overall well done but maybe a little overdone with spices not letting the natural flavor of the meat speak for itself. They have samples so try it out."

I was really impressed with the quality of the jerky - it was fresh and flavorful, with just the right amount of chewiness.
