"As always, appointment was kept on time. Tech was very courteous and professional. Only issue was as per Elite maintenance agreement, the filter was not replaced as had been the last 3 visits. Per contract they are to be cleaned or replaced. Not replaced on this visit as listed on agreement. Otherwise service good. Please address this issue. Thank you Stan Raymond"
"Cleaning and sealing the ducts in multiple systems is a big job which requires good organization and proper preparation. It was no surprise to me that All-Weather's four-man team was diligent, paid attention to details and delivered a great experience. I felt that my money was well-spent. They were very careful inside my house. Each a/c grill was removed, washed, dried and replaced with brand-new screws. The boss checked all the grills for fingerprints. All-Weather is a pleasure to deal with. I have been their customer for many years and have never been treated with less than the best service."
