"AVOID at all cost. It took nearly 2 weeks to have my dress cleaned and have a very minor alteration. It was in WORSE condition when I came to pick it up. Completely ripped, terribly altered, and filthy! Completely ruined my dress that I planned to wear to a wedding next week. The worst dry cleaner I have ever gone to. If I could give no stars, I would!"
