He's a straight professional and so is Maria of customer service at the front desk. Unlike the other customer rep who ignores your needs, doesn't return their promised call-backs and leaves you in limbo, Maria will stay in touch with you and help resolve your problems with the professionalism that Kinetico of Venice is known for. Two thumbs up to Maria and Andy. Don't let the bad service from other reps detour you from using Kinetico for all your water needs."

"Our system has been in place for only a week now. The difference in water quality seems to be quite noticeable from a hardness standpoint (you know the "hair thing"). The RO system appears to be doing its job in that the water tastes great, has no odor and is as clear as can be. The installation went smoothly and the installers answered all of our "goofy questions. Any contact we have had with the office in Venice has been helpful and professional. Mention needs to go out to Larry, also, for his efforts in getting the details ironed out before the installation."

We told them what we wanted and got exactly that with a beautiful install and the best of all... no more water smells, taste etc... so awesome, yes the price is a little more costly then a generic option but remember: No electricity needed, self cleaning, less water waste, low maintenance and tons of patents and safety certifications to boot. I would hands down recommend not only the store but the brand and system."
