"They are awesome as long as they think your insurance will cover for everything. If not, they will drop you without notice. They packed up and left on a Friday morning and I have to call them to find out that they are done with the job. They have a decent crew but the owners are wolf in a sheep skin. Beware!"
"God blessed us with our earth angels, starting with USS Missouri vet in N.Y. knowing Gold Star parents were in need of help. Contacted police officers in N.Y. spreading word down to retired police officer, in Englewood, who came immediately along with his girlfriend. Not only helping us remove water logged wood floor, but later recommended Authorized Services. We called immediately, putting our trust in him! Ian devasted hundreds, so owner & crew, work us all in, not able to give total amounts, not knowing full extent of damages. Once again, put our trust on the line, having faith & it has proved to be the best decision as not only the owner but the full crew have done excellent work & slowly but surely we are getting 'part' of our home back. We talked it over, deciding to hold off for bathrooms & kitchen, as livable, & gives them time to help many others. God bless them!"
"A technician was sent to us to provide a quote. Total disaster. He can hardly talk he is so hoarse. Very hard to understand. He told us it was because of a mold allergy. Then after he proceeds to walk all through our home in times of COVID he could hardly breath. When asked if he was ok, he informs us he has been in hospital with pneumonia and now has bronchitis and is supposed to be home in bed. BUT he was tested 4 timers for COVID and is negative. What company does this? Who send a sick person to wander through your home in these times? We are DEFINITELY not using this company!!!"
