"I decided to book the Sabal Palms Villa after seeing how nice another friend's experience had been during Holiday Matsuri 2022. I was so glad I did. The two bedroom/two bathroom villas were perfect for our group from the Midwest. We enjoyed a quiet and spacious experience during an otherwise bustling and busy convention. The villa was our peaceful sanctuary. We used the fully equipped kitchen to prepare dinner for our group, the fridge, microwave, washer, and dryer came in handy during our trip. We had a private concierge who texted us and quickly took care of our needs whenever something came up. We were provided clean linens every two days. I switched out all of our trash can liners and brought out the recycling. The staff came to get it so quickly once we texted them. When we checked out the staff held our luggage so we could spend a few hours at Disney Springs. It was truly a lovely experience. I highly recommend the villas if you're going with a group or a large family."

"This is our family's go-to spot for vacationing in Orlando. Close to Disney. Huge clean rooms. Access to the huge Marriott pool. The shower is amazing. The price is right. Beds are comfortable. Even the sleeper sofa is comfortable. 3 big TV's. Parking is very close to the room. Secluded and very safe. The kitchen is well stocked with all the tools you need. I could live here!"

"Newly renovated in 2022, the apartments are phenomenal. They are tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable furniture. The receptionist was welcoming and cheerfully helpful. Best of all is the location. Minutes away from great restaurants, experiences, and theme parks. Amenities are superb if you enjoy staying active. From beach volleyball and tennis to golf and swimming pools. Everything you need to work off the calories you’ll gain from all the good eating."

"Great location, if you're looking for a central place to head out on day trips. There is a bit of road noise and helicopters going overhead but it's only noticeable outside when sitting in the screen enclosed patio! (Ni0ce!). The place we had was literally a Condo at an excellent price. A pool and two hot tubs always clean and operational. I absolutely recommend this place. Service is a 4 star but only because we never used/needed it that said every other day a bag of fresh linens was left for us. Location a 4 only because it's a bit noisy in the morning having coffee (we are very early risers) sitting on the patio. Plus the pool lights are left on and can be annoying."
