Detailed Review: Seeing all the positive reviews of people who frequent this pharmacy almost made me question my review. However, due to us being in a pandemic and the steps this pharmacy takes to advertise they are equipped to provide proper testing (antigen and PCR) I feel compelled to review them based on these services alone. I’m sure(hope) they handle prescriptions best. I paid $75 dollars for what appears to be a self test kit you can purchase on your own. They processed my form of payment quickly. There was no organization for who was next nor measures to provide social distancing, feeling symptomatic I decided to wait outside. When came time for my test, the employee did not clean hands did not properly wear face mask and I worried for their health. They barley scrapped both nostrils with the cottonswab and when squeezing a solution onto my test they were distracted speaking to other clients about how their day was. I waited 40minutes outside (I have no issue, I was aware there were many people getting tested) I simply hoped they would take that time to be organized and hand out accurate results. I received a negative and I knew something was wrong, won’t with their procedures and test. Their protocols are distrusting and many people whom were waiting with me all received negative test. I left and went to CVS made a last min appointment got in tested and that same evening I tested positive, the same evening the handed me a false negative. I wonder how much contagion has been done in our golden gate community due to their inadequacy."
