It should never take you more than three rings to answer the phone, and you should never leave a customer on hold for more than a minute. Not doing so can have a huge and lasting impact on your business, from lost revenue and bad customer service to negative reviews."
"Do not go here for vaccination, I was treated like a child, it's impossible to hear and their communication is terrible, I simply asked for my vaccination card to be returned and I was told "sir please go sit down" and wait my15 minutes and I would get it then. I was never informed, after you wait 15 minutes we will call your name and return your vaccine card, this is my 3rd shot and things have changed, there is no need to treat a customer as though they didn't listen when you may have not properly informed them on what to expect."
"This pharmacy is horrible they almost never have your medication ready when your doctor send them your prescription and even when you get there and finaly order the medication over the counter it takes them around an hour to have it ready that place sucks."
