"Refused to take my order for a custom cake because I live out of state even though the party takes place in Apopka. I offered my debit card to pay a deposit or even full amount over the phone. But that wasn’t good enough. I have to physically have someone else come to the store to place the order. Both my parents and Uncle that live in Florida are at work at the time of the call. So they can’t come right now. The time to order the cake is last minute because other plans fell through. This company just gave me difficulties. I was treated like a scammer instead of a customer. After reading some of the reviews that had complaints the owner responded with a thanks for the review and a smiley face. Not I apologize about your recent experience, we value your business. Just met with nasty sarcasm.This place obviously does not care. Don’t expect a warm welcome or professionalism here."
"I was really looking forward to it, since I had been craving tres leches cake but it did not satisfy my craving. The best part of the slice of cake was the vanilla cake as it was spongy and soft. You have the option of having the slice more moist as they will add more of the 3 milk mixture. The filling was pinnaple and coconut and I was told it rotates. The icing did not seem homemade and it made me itchy (not their fault it was just how it reacted to my mouth). The shop is nice, clean, modern, nice decor and it serves a large variety of ice cream, sweets and Mexican snacks. The staff is nice, friendly, attentive and more than happy to answer any questions. They do get busy specially during the weekend."
