"Went there and owner working stated the internet was down. I bought a pair of sneakers along with a jacket and $50 worth of items and she stated she could not give me a receipt because the system was down. Had to pay cash. The sneakers ended up being too small so I had to drive 40 minutes to go back and I asked if I could exchange them for a pair of shoes that fit my daughter and pay whatever difference. The same exact woman the owner who literally just saw me said I needed a receipt or shoe tag and refused. Horrible customer service will not be returning."

"I found a pair of pants here for my daughter and weren’t sure if they were going to work for a school costume. Carissa, the owner, said I could buy them now and return them if the didn’t work. I brought them back the next day with the receipt and original tag still on because they weren’t the right color for the costume. The owner was not present and the employee working said the owner doesn’t like when they accept returns and had to call her on her cell phone to check. The owner told her not to accept my return! The employee was visibly upset and tried to remind her that she had told me I could bring the pants back and I could hear the owner yelling at her on the phone. She hung up and started crying and told me how badly she wanted to quit. A pretty disturbing experience over an $11 return."

"Bought an item for $4.50 and was told by the owner at the register it totaled $4.82 with tax. She then charged my credit card $5.00 without telling me and crumbled up the receipt. When I realized this and called the owner to ask why this happened, she informed me that my credit card charges me the extra 18 cents and she has no control over what the total comes to on her machine. She then called me rude for questioning her and suggested I call the police and an attorney and come back to the store. Very strange and definitely illegal."

"I went to this store looking for a few blocks to have at grandma’s house for the young children visiting her house. I was pleasantly surprised to find blocks and so much more. The items I found were in good condition and the price was reasonable. It took me a while cause I had so much to look through. The owner and the employees were kind and helpful. I will recommend to my sisters and friends."
