"went to pick up my Rx and had decided to use the one they said my insurance didn't cover, I was just going to pay for it with my flex spending card. I was quoted it would be over $100 but when I picked it up the pharmacist had gotten the price down to $50! I was very pleased that she did that, that's good customer service."

"One of the worst customer service ever, the females who work in this pharmacy has no customer service and are very lazy. Thumbs up to the gentleman thst works there or else i wouldnt want to go back there. Customer service is very very bad"

"Worse pharmacy ever, somehow with no one inline and three employees behind the counter and it still took 10 minutes to help me and 30 minutes to get a common prescription ready. Then in another occasion 6 people ahead to get the flu shot and they said it is 60-90 minutes wait!!! Just pure LAZYINESS!!!!"

"I actually do use this pharmacy and there are problems. They don't always have the prescription ready when they say they will. Sometimes I have come back three days in a row to pick up a prescription that "has not come in yet". They don't fill most prescriptions there, but order them from corporate. The Publix in Jonesville is much more reliable. All Publix and Wal Mart pharmacies have antibiotics for free so that is not a big selling point."
