"HORRIBLE PICKUP! I’ve never waited for less than 20-30 mins here. Sometimes more. Every single time it takes forever. Absolutely awful experience, especially when you have young kids in the car. Their system needs a complete overhaul. So disorganized, no system, so few workers. No other store is this inefficient. Today is the last time I’ll ever use this pickup. I watched car after car leave today because the wait was so long. Some people said they’d been waiting over an hour, one guy said he’d been waiting for 3 hours for a large order. This is 4 days before Christmas and I’ve only seen ONE guy coming out. PLEASE DO BETTER."
"Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service , from associates to the management!! I had an employee straight up refuse to help me when asking for assistance locating an item , rolled her eyes walked away and continued to ignore me as followed behind her begging for help ."
