"I appreciate that this bjs doesn't card people at the entrance. Cust. service is great, kind greeters on the way out checking receipts, the employees at check out are ready and willing to help with a great attitude if I have problems scanning or issues with a price or coupon. I can tell that the manager is an excellent leader by the helpful nature of the associates. Thank you!"

"First time BJ’s member, I signed up for the membership for $20 dollar and get $20 back after $60 in purchases. To this day I have not gotten the $20 and customer support was not helpful. Overall it’s OKAY. Yesterday we went and there were no cashiers and it was only self service, which is annoying. Selection is not as good as Costco. They do have a Deli which is nice. Organization can be better and the placement of the gas station is not well throughout the lines are all over the place. Overall we will be sticking to Costco."

"First time in a BJ's. I have a membership at other wholesale clubs and this was a little different. Very quiet even though the store was packed on Saturday Morning. They don't have a food court but I don't mind. Decided to sign up for a membership and also had a sign-up for $20.00 card advertisement that came in the mail. The sign-up process was fairly easy to do and the staff member that assisted with my membership sign-up was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Very clean store and the free samples were well organized. I bought a few things and look forward to the many shopping adventures ahead."

"It's been a long time since we've been a member of BJ's, but when I saw a Groupon for a year of their Inner Circle Membership for $20 (normally $55/year), I jumped on it! Not to mention, this location is literally 10 minutes from my house. We arrived at the store, and went to the Customer Service desk to claim our membership via the Groupon voucher. The employee who assisted us was super friendly and professional. We were able to add my hubby to the membership at no extra charge! She processed the new membership in less than 10 minutes, gave us our Welcome Packet, and we went into the club to browse. The club itself is well maintained and enormous! The merchandise is in stock and the prices are great! For example, we purchased a 72-count box of Dunkin Donuts coffee k-cups for $38.49, and 36-pack of Diet Pepsi cans for $12.99! When we were ready to check out, there were self-checkout lanes, and since we only had two items, opted to use it. An employee came over stating she saw our Welcome Packet and wanted to make sure we found all we needed and if we had a good experience. That was a nice touch! Overall, this is a great location. The parking is ample, the employees are friendly, the inventory is large, and the prices are great! I will definitely be back for more good deals!"

"BJs is a fantastic grocery Store/membership club. The food selection is amazing. The wine selection is great. Everything is fresh and a good deal. And you dont have to buy giant amounts of things to get a good deal. They always have lots of organic choices as well. The meat department and fresh bakery is great Also! It is definitely worth becoming a member. I highly recommend it!"
