"It was HECTIC tonight when I went with my sister and our girls after I finished my shift. Still the MANAGER and her team did AMAZING WORK. You can tell they were overwhelmed with orders and the waiting line was long but they managed to keep a GREAT attitude through it all. THANK YOU ALL and HAPPY HOLIDAYS."

"No matter what you think it's still gas station pizza. Scheduled a pickup and it wasn't ready for another half hour. My kids said the pizza was gross. The cashier gave my 3 yo a candy even before there was a problem. He genuinely wanted to help later with the delay on the order. A woman behind the counter said they don't know when food is scheduled for pickup, which is hard to believe."

"This particular Wawa is the closest to my place, but also is my favorite of the few nearby. This Wawa does everything from food, snacks, drinks and of course "food to order". They have really stepped their menu choices up a lot, and this location is very fast, even if it's a lunch rush. The only thing I dislike about Wawa in general is that you have to play Lotto through the machine. Silly, but it's just something I like doing with a person. Edit: this location also offers gas, which is now where I go. Their pricing, especially for a store that doesn't specialize in fuel, is very competitive compared to what is around my apartment. Unless I use B.J.'s (which needs membership), this is where I go. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, as well as very quick at the food counter."

"It was 10/06/2023 approximately 12:30 am. I just worked 16hrs beginning at 8am on the 5th. My lady and I were actually excited to go to Wawa for food and gas. After, ordering our food and grabbing a drink and a snack.we were informed by a man with a long beard (teammate),very nicely and professional that the registers were only accepting cash. He suggested trying self checkout. So we did, attempting to purchase our food the self checkout was not accepting cards or “tap” payments. I noticed the gentleman next to me was able to pay with card. So I removed the item listed for the next guest, as that action called an associate for assistance I moved to the next self checkout. This very particular person who came to clear the automatic call button, dark-hair, shoulder length , top heavy, strange voice , fairly tan, name unknown. Approached and told me that, what I did was wrong, and that I had to reorder everything including my food that was being prepared. Also that the system was being reset and I would have to wait. Unfortunately, after working from 8am-12am I wanted to be in and out. And I really didn’t know how long it was going to take. The person who I believe is a CSM or supervisor overnight of some sort definitely lacked the whole customer service professionalism. I would hire this individual to repel customers, If this is how the individual treats loyal customers I only imagine how it treats its coworkers. The man with a beard should be in their position. After all the inconvenience and attitude by this particular employee, I decided to leave. leaving everything I wanted and attempted to buy behind. I still needed gas. As I walked back to my car there happened to be a notice on the screen that said “security check “ which prevented me from being able to pay and get gas. I don’t see how that a failed attempt inside for food would make a pump station cease, two different transactions.I am believing it was purposely done because I decided to leave. Complete retaliation by this individual I described earlier. I called for help, asking if they can clear this “security check “ as I am trying to pay for gas. The same individual who came to the register was the same person who answered the pump station call. It told me that I had to drive to another pump so I did. While Annoyed that someone with such a large head could have such a small brain and passion to help customers at a very reputable Wawa, let alone it being their job. I kept my composure and decided to write this honest complaint. I will not be returning util something is done."

"We will never ever order from this Wawa again. My sandwich is half made. Half of the sandwich had lettuce and onion, cheese and turkey and pickles no oil, mayo, salt, pepper, oregano. The other half of the sandwich had turkey cheese and pickles, and nothing else. We will be taking our business elsewhere."
