Publix Super Market at Parkland Commons

"Not one customer at the deli, yet I stood there for several minutes while 3 people behind the counter never looked at me. One was slicing meat, and two others walked past me at least three times and never acknowledged I was standing there. Finally I just walked away. I’ll stick with the Publix at Sawgrass Center where they are much more friendly and helpful!"

"My aunt and I went to the bakery today looking for a cake for my moms birthday party which isn’t until 4pm one of the women working in the bakery “Ms.Denise” displayed a very nasty attitude toward us. We asked if it was possible to change the color on one of the cakes that was already in the refrigerator and after stating that there was nothing she could do to them she then went on to say that she could “air brush them but not right now” with a attitude she ordered someone else to help us and turned her back to continue doing what she was doing. Her actions and attitude at 10am completely discouraged us from buying anything from the bakery. Her customer service skills should be checked so that she able to comfortably deal all customers without catching a nasty attitude"

"Great area, very nice and pleasant staff, always so helpful and management is always on top of things. Plenty of parking, in a big plaza filled with cafe, restaurant, day care, shipping center, animal hospital and more. But, I’m only giving them 4 stars because lately their veggies and fruits are very bad. Berries especially, always gone bad and I can never buy cilantro or parsley, they’re soft and almost dry. Everything else is fine, prices are sky high, but so is everywhere else"

"Publix at Parkland Commons is one of my favorite locations because it isn’t as busy as the others. It has gotten busier now that The Falls of Parkland opened and Parkland Golf & Country club has come back in favor. The produce is always fresh. They do need to improve communication with vendors for their products when on sale so they can stock the storeroom for these sales, or create a feature of the product."
