"Worst cvs up to date… they will treat you like if you are a a drug addict… like they are much better than you. This is the second time I have gone off my prescriptions just because I hate being judged by the staff. They will invalidate your mental health ."

"Now, I understand that retail workers have been through the mud and back. I understand that the pharmacy techs are being overworked and underpaid for their efforts. I understand the staffing shortages, and how that could affect morale. However, the customer service I was met with at the pharmacy was horrible. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I lost my voice and went to the doctor, who prescribed me with meds. I have a new insurance, in which they prefer Walgreens to CVS. I accidentally sent it to CVS and tried to transfer it. It would've been easier to count each grain of sand in the Sahara than to go through this process. I tried calling CVS, who has a voicemail system. I leave a voicemail multiple times, no response. Walgreen calls on my behalf, no answer. I tried calling this morning, in which I had to go through the store’s phone and had them connect me, and was met with HORRIBLE customer service. The wench on the phone proceeded to start talking to me in a firm and unpleasant tone, saying that ‘Walgreens need to do their job’, ‘They need to stop being lazy’, ‘We respond back to all of our voicemails’, ‘They made no attempt to call us back!’, etc. I would've believed her if it wasn't for the fact that I’ve had this experience before. They almost NEVER call back. Its a fight just to get medications. Everytime I go to CVS for anything pharmacy related, it's always unpleasant. Imagine going through ALL of this back as forth, all while it sounds like you've been eating cigarettes for ten years. (again, I lost my voice). I have the advantage of being (sorta) young and have the time to do this endless calls. I can't even imagine how it would be for anyone who’s elderly, has a disability, has kids, or just has a busy schedule in general. If you can, take your business elsewhere."

"Every single time I come to the pharmacy here it is the absolute worse experience when the old woman with red hair is there. She has the biggest attitude with every customer she speaks to and will not even let you finish a sentence. Leave your issues at home and do your job. If people bother you so much, do not work where you have to attend customers. I see her treat elderly customers who are clearly by themselves STRUGGLING with so much disrespect. It is concerning that she is still allowed around customers with that ugly attitude of hers."

"Thanks to “Brandon” from the pharmacy. I had to leave work early to try and pick up some medicine for my dad and I was able to make it there but a little pass the closing time which is 6. I got there around 6:08 and they were just starting to close. A different assistant at the said they were closed but “Brandon “ was kind enough to say he would help me. Which he did and that was great to see him help even after the closing time. Great customer service! Thank you!"

"DONT USE THEM. By far the worst and most unprofessional pharmacy staff I've ever encountered at ANY CVS all over the country. I got a partial refill until my insurance would cover the rest of the medication. It was put in the system as a full refill, so now, I can't get the rest of my medication and have to wait until I find a new specialist to get a new prescription. In the meantime, due to their incompetence, I have to go the ER for treatment. That's just the most recent issue I've had but its always something over the last 6 months since I moved from Boston. They have no idea what they're doing and don't enter the prescriptions as written. One of them told me today they look at the total dosage amount and divide BY THEIR OWN DISCRETION into how many doses per refill...who does that?!?! Completely incompetent staff at this pharmacy."
