"This CVS pharmacy use to be fabulous. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and prompt. When you call the pharmacy someone always picked up to at least acknowledge you were waiting to speak to a pharmacist. NOW they are terrible. I changed from the Hypoluxo CVS to the Lantana CVS because they were the worst. Now the Lantana CVS changed out their entire staff and they stink. I couldn’t tell you the amount of times I’ve call this CVS and have gotten no one to pick up after 20 minutes on the phone and I’m not exaggerating. I even selected the prompt for Doctors and Medical advisors and still waited 15 minutes with NO answer. Terrible Service just Terrible."
