"I was baffled at how poorly maintained the store was, clothes were strewn all over the racks, making the store unshoppable. Felt more like an obstacle course than a shopping experience. The security officer was also having a full conversation on his phone when I walked in the store. The TJ Maxx a couple storefronts over is much cleaner despite having much more traffic."
