"If I could give a 0 I would. Horrible customer response. Over 8 days waiting for pain medication. Had to schedule refill twice because when called to check on first refill they purposely cancelled it. Still no medication and no answers or results. Did not even call me to inform of delays or willing to transfer my prescription to a Walgreens that has my medication."

"I've been a customer to this sandlake corner obt Walgreens for a long time, and i never get humiliated about my first name ever, until today. I called the pharmacy to checked if my prescription was being forwarded from emergency. i spoke with Carmen, one of the pharmacist technicians or associates. She asked what is my name. After giving her my name ,she laughed, she even asked, why my parents named me after my country. She even asked me if i know how to speak our language. I answered her Yes! I asked her.." does my name make you laugh..she answered me.. sound kind a weird..I asked her, you never heard names like my name before? She said " No" she even said probably because there's a lot of Hispanic people in United State, that is why my parents gave me name after my country..which is not her business..her business is to help the customer for their medication. Not to question their names and laughed of it. I know, she is trying to be helpful but showing that kind of disrespectful attitude to the customer..it was totally unacceptable and very unprofessional."
"Yesterday I went to pick up my prescription and realized I left my driver’s license at home as soon as I pulled up to the pickup window. The woman working in the pharmacy was very kind and felt bad that I had to go home to pick up my license, but I completely understand that rules are rules. When I came back a few minutes later to pick up my prescription (with my license this time), they slipped a Thank You card in with my bag with a hand written note on the inside thanking me for being their patient. I really appreciate the gesture of kindness. Thank you guys for your great customer service!"
