"I’ve passed this place more than once and never went in. Needed a little alone time today and went here today to unwind. My suggestion is to go there during the week when it’s a little quieter, please feel free to go there anytime you want to escape. Nice surroundings throughout the park & clean !!! ENJOY !!!"

"Long drive from the Westside is totally worth it. Comfortable picnic areas, excellent shaded playground, great trails, dog-friendly, geocaching, waterfront view, dock to walk out on and enjoy that waterfront view, historical buildings, butterfly gardens and even a Little Free Book Library. One of the best parks in town. It’s a go to for me when I need to recharge."
