"I had a deli demon yell at me when I was trying to order a sub. He was very unpleasant, had a awfully angry look on his face, he was rude to his coworkers and myself in front of us the customers, and he would ignore my questions about the sub and gave me the wrong sandwich and he yelled at me "go use your food stamps somewhere else" after I asked him what cheese options were available? I don't even use food stamps! Very unusual encounter with a clearly mentally unstable person. Other customers also saw that. He also gave me the wrong order. He has his name tag facing downwards as to not see his name. He was a older employee about 40 years old, we spoke both in English and Spanish, working on a Wednesday at 1pm. He needs to be coached to smile and be polite and customer friendly. Publix delis are famous for having bad service so I doubt this review will ever go anywhere."
"This store is a pleasure to shop in. The shelves are always stocked very well. The meat section is always organized and fresh. The store is clean and the customer service is awesome. Employees are very curious and helpful. I got a sub sandwich snd there were a couple people in line. Another employer stepped in to help the other customers standing in line so they wouldn’t have to wait. Service with a smile. I forgot to get bread, so I let the people in the check out line go ahead of me. When I got back all my grocery items were with the cashier waiting for me. That is customer service. I would highly recommend shopping at this Publix."
