"We usually go to the Publix closer to my house, but decided on going somewhere new to see if their meals have different options. We had a pleasurable experience here - you can't go wrong with $5 sushi Wednesdays. There is also a self-checkout area, which is great! We used it and no issues."

"This use to be a great grocery store but its quality is going down. Products are dated and the new crew/new hires are incompetent and have attitude problems. This use to be my favorite grocery store but now I avoid it at all cost until and unless I need something urgently. A couple of examples that forced me to write this review: 1) I prepaid a party platter that consisted of cake, donuts and popcorn chicken. I asked my fil to pick up the order. The lady at the bakery gave him hard time asking him to pay again. He asked her to check on the system as he had the receipt. This took 30 min to resolve even though he showed her the payed receipt. 2) I bought stonefire naan bites with expiration date of Nov 16 (today is nice 10). I open the box and they are all molded! 3) they had beautiful blue flowers with tilted stems. I wanted those blue flowers to complete my flower pot. I asked them if they would discount it as the stems were all bent. The manager told me that they can’t discount it but get me a new set. I told them I would be happy to take a new one but I couldn’t find any more blue flowers. They went ahead to check it for themselves. Upon checking they asked me if I preferred white or purple flowers. I told them I only needed blue flowers. They said they did not have those anymore. Their tone was rude and completely unprofessional. They would rather throw the flowers at the end of the day than sell it at a discounted price. Also what ever happened to courteous tone of the managerial staff! I don’t care for the flowers but I do want to be treated respectfully. The business needs to invest in more professional staff. This is the second time I encountered a rude staff member here at this Publix. This Publix use to be most helpful Publix compared to other locations in Weston. But the new staff is going to take it down!!"

"Horrible customer service especially on a daily people with no full training make sandwiches in super slow motion speed, and no other worker helps these guys, the manager. Only God knows. Everyone is taking a break in the rush hour. No Tuna sandwich after 7 p.m. If I have the chance to give them Minus one Star, I'll do it."
