"Rachel at this location was very helpful in offering to call another store for me to see if they had a certain kind of puppy food for my puppy since her store was out of it. She also explained the dog washing station and vip. Then when I needed to exchange my dog crate for a smaller size, she was extremely helpful with that process as well, making sure I didn’t lose the price match discount I originally received and made sure to apply it to the new smaller crate I bought there. She is a great helpful easy going person. I hope she’s there each time we need to go there. :)"

"Amazing experience! Me and my daughter took our American bull dog here on a Saturday afternoon at about 12:30 to use their dog bathing facilities. I worried that all the tubs would be filled and that we would have to be standing around for quite some time with a huge dog on a leash but that wasn’t the case at all. When we first walked in all the tubs were full but after a short 10 minute wait and a $10 fee- we were IN! This place is extremely worth every penny and we’ve decided to make it a weekly thing."

"I love using their self bathing station for my dog. It's always clean and they provide towels and shampoo for an affordable price. I live in a town home and it's hard for me to bathe my senior dog at home so this is the perfect place for him."
