"So I will preface this complaint saying my hair has grown out a bit since I got my last cut. So yesterday made an appointment at 1:30 to get a cut at 4. When I arrive there was an emergency, so he had to leave and David told me he’d be back in a little bit, idk what that means but obviously expecting a text later that day so I can get a cut....but nothing obviously. As well as today it’s been 24 hrs since we last spoke and no effort made to reschedule the appointment or any effort to set me up with another barber. I’m really annoyed because not only did you waste my time, you also lost me money being that I clocked out early to make sure I was on time. So obviously those giving 5 stars most likely are his friends but if your a client he doesn’t know well then you’re most likely shit out of luck."

"As a licensed cosmetologist I know a good men’s hair cut. Wanted a barber by home for my son for convenience though and after trying two other shops finally found one. Rich gave my son a perfect haircut. I will be a repeat customer. There was a wait (within reason) but I will make an appointment next visit to prevent that. Deff ask for Rich. He does quality work."
