From the first day I met her she was so sweet, patient and understanding. She took time to color match my hair to the swatch to make sure it was what I wanted. She stayed in contact with me the entire time of the ordering process to today’s visit. She put her heart, soul and expertise to work today and what a beautiful finished product. "I called super last minute and I appreciated her kindness and professionalism over the phone, it felt very reassuring. Before anything I highly recommend Claire, she’s thoughtful and mindful of your needs and gets excited to know if you prefer things a certain way and goes by what you feel most comfortable with. In my case it was pertaining to styling my hair after she cut my split ends and washed my hair. Side note, the chair where you sit to get your hair washed is very comfortable, something to keep in mind. I know everyone at some point has sat in an uncomfortable washing chair and this was was perfection! The most heartbreaking part is, I’ve never come across someone who took the time to watch how I styled my hair and immediately offered to do the same and how she styled it turned out better then how I style it and in less time! I actually live in Miami and I come up to see my mother from time to time. I tend to get a curly cut every 6 months unless my hair grows a lot and I had to cut it in 4 months. It looks short in the pictures because curls tend to shrink but my hair sits right below my chest whenever I get it straighten once a year. The whole process was lovely and I am excited to exclusively come from Miami to only have you touch my curly hair! If anyone is thinking of going just know that you will not regret going to see Claire whether you have straight, wavy, curly or kinky hair!!"
