"Cat have been cutting my hair since 2016, the customer service is great. She hires people who want to cut, not just stand around and conversate. If you're a walk in next Barber available, if they don't have an appointment. You're in the chair for about 35min, they'll get you right."

"Recommended to my son for an appointment at 430. Barber was running late. At 5, his 5 o'clock appointment showed up and he took him in the chair. I made an appointment more myself for 630. I called and told the Concierge that I was running late and would be there by 636. When I walked in, everyone was like; do you have an appointment and everyone was looking at the clock like...I said that's OK and left. I was disappointed for 2 reasons: 1) I kept telling my son he should try this place and he waited for an hour AND then got a bad haircut( pushed his edge back too far). 2) I called to cancel my "appointment" and someone called me back and told me it was fine, to come on even though I stated clearly that I was gonna be late. Always use the APP I guess."
