Ivan introduced himself and sat me in his chair. I don't know if it's a NY thing, but we clicked right away. After some small talk it wasn't long before we were sharing stories and cracking with each other. After a great time I found out that Ivan is the owner, and it was no surprise, he runs the place with great standards and customer service.
