"The absolute worst customer service ever !!!! You can’t EVER get through to a staff member in the pharmacy without being put on hold at least a dozen times, their M.O. is to pick up the phone and hang up leaving you on hold. The last time I called it literally became a joke and I made up my mind then that after years of doing business with Walgreens at Griffin and Kathleen I was transferring everything to Publix. When they finally answered, it was the pharmacist and I asked him what was a reasonable wait time on the phone to speak with someone in the pharmacy just to ask a simple question, 29 min and 33 sec ??? He said absolutely not. I transferred everything to Publix and I mentioned to them about Walgreens not answering the phone and they replied, that’s nothing, they sometimes leave us hold over an hour."

"They do ok with not messing up your order, but they are arrogant, so not listen and have the nerve to roll their eyes in your face, a good way to get popped when you not behind a desk."

"It doesn’t matter what day or time I call the pharmacy, I am immediately put on hold multiple times. It is not on the staff, so don’t blame them. It is on management for clearly leaving them short handed."

"The pharmacist takes his time to explain your medications, if you ask. The window staff are always friendly. Expect a wait if you use the drive through (one lane). You can opt-in for text alerts for refill notifications. Been using this place for a few years, and they are awesome. However, they do not accept Sunshine state insurance; just FYI."

"I was there at 11:30am this morning. The pharmacist said they received my daughter’s prescription, verified my insurance, and said it would be ready around 1:30pm. I thought that was very reasonable until I went at 3 to pick it up and no prescription. They didn’t even have the medicine at the pharmacy. The nearest one is in Brandon, FL. Please don’t waste people’s time. This is not the first time this has happened. They need to be upfront with people or change how they fill prescriptions to not lead people on."
