"The only reason I am giving Ross 4 stars is because they did not have any star wars black series figures. Other than that it is really just a Marshalls with cheaper stuff. Also their shopping carts have those tacky poles on them."

"Worst Ross ever!!!! Unprofessional, rude and mean manager trying to make her rules ,her name is Sabrina (if she is telling the truth) she told us to “go shop from another Ross and pull the merchandise away from us !!!) and associate Jessica(if she is telling the truth) after a discussion i asked her the corporate number and she said “i’m not giving it to you, google it yourself !!!” and gossiping about us to the next customer behind our backs.Can you imagine these ladies are running the store!!! it’s just disaster , literally little girls who don’t know what they’re doing is trying to manage that store.I will never and ever go there again . A big company like Ross should hire more qualified and trustworthy people ,if you think that they are the faces of the Company. Its a shame, really shame!"

"I did some shopping at Ross, I was looking at bedding. I heard an employee on the phone the whole time I was looking at sheets. Heard her whole conversation about a car wreck blah blah etc. I mentioned it to one of the gentlemen he said yeah I know. I asked him if it was acceptable? He told me that that was the manager of the store. I couldn’t believe it. I would think the manager should be setting an example instead of chatting on your cell phone in the back of the store. This happened today, September 25, evening shift. That manager needs to have a review!"

"I have worked in customer service for 26 years, so when I go somewhere I am always paying attention to how I am treated along with others. I was in Ross on Thursday, August 17. I was in line and I was called to the register. The young man who waited on me is named Jose. I walked up and say, “Hi, how are you”?. He said, “fine”. He NEVER made eye contact the entire time he waited on me, which in my book is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! If you don’t have customers, you have NO job. He placed my bag on the counter and said “next in line”. I was NOT done putting my card away. Thankfully, the person being called had the common curiosity to not approach until I was done. Needless to say, Jose desperately needs customer service training IMMEDIATELY. Now, the sad part to this story is, I walked out with another customer who was waited on by Helen and the same thing occurred. I enjoy shopping at Ross. Prices are the best. I find the coolest gifts for my loved ones. I would like to see customer service improve."

"Went today 1- 08-2023, to this Ross Dress For Less store, Were live we don't have Ross store's , I've been to a handful in other states over the years. This Ross, seemed clean , well lit & low inventory possible due to the Hoildays that justed passed. Nice Store, The young girl at check- out was very nice!"
