"I normally sing the praises of this particular Walgreen’s pharmacy but not this time! I dropped off a blood pressure Rx refill last week. The next day I got a text saying they were contacting my doctor and refill would be delayed with no action needed on my part. This is normal and usually my Rx is filled the next day. It’s been a week since I’ve heard anything about my refill. Online communication is the same old message every time. When I call, all I get is the disturbing music that does not cease (even if you press *) with occasion ringing of the phone, then back to incessant music. I’ve called my doctor’s office and they faxed my renewal at my request, but not because the pharmacy contacted them. I’m still in limbo, waiting for my meds…high blood pressure is not something to mess with. Poor service Walgreen’s!!"

"Whoever works in the pharmacy has absolutely no care or concern for their job. 45 + minutes waiting for prescription pickup along with 4 others. In 45 minutes she didn't even manage to help 1 person in line. Vocals sounding like Roz from monsters inc or My old Chem professor, like we get it. Go home. Someone else would be glad to fill your position. This pharmacy is constantly behind on everything. Terrible management."
