These employees deserve recognition, cause in this job economy where it can be so difficult to get a job, the first step is just showing up, and these ladies show up and show out."
"Both my children were hired there only to find out that the managers and the district manager only work the people they want to work so their friends basically get all the hours these people are extremely unprofessional. They actually have a text chain for the employees. After reading how they speak to their employees that are begging for hours I will never step foot in another Dollar General or recommend one again. Not to mention that the Company itself has been fined over 21 million dollars violating OSHA for unsafe conditions by the Department of Labor for their employees over a course of five years. Their reasoning for the unsafe conditions is a shortage of employees, yet they refuse to give hours to the employees that need them. If anything they are cutting hours to keep from paying those people. They are violating on many levels!"
"This store wider then most locations I've been too. A lot of them are being remodel. They have more options then most too. Enough space in between stockers and for you to slide by. They take coupons. People are friendlier as well."
"I shop here almost every week. This manager has cleanest, best organized and well stocked merchandise, you will ever find at a Dollar General. There’s a Dollar General on every corner, but none compare! His store will make drive by every other Dollar General, I promise!!"
