I was expecting to have the item by now. Horrible first time experience I’ll never be ordering anything from here again"

"I have paid in full tvs with rent a center in Chicago been a long time customer but this location is the worst, the gm is rude and unprofessional, we got appliances from here and within 2 weeks we was left with no loaner for a week n they still want you to pay even if you was without working merchandise from them for a week till they fid you a loaner on top of them delivering dirty merchandise to you. THE WORST I EVER EXPERIENCED"

"I’ve purchase many items from other RAC locations for decades and never had a problem before the Seffner location. I purchased an Amana washer and dryer set four months ago and paid it in full. The washer just suddenly stopped working. I’ve made several calls to speak with a manger and even reached out and left a message for a regional manager. I keep getting the run around and no one returned my call. I keep being told by Shayla that the manager is either not in or busy. When I asked for a number for the regional manager she told me that she couldn’t give it to me. So I’m stuck with what is now scrap metal. I ended up going to Aaron’s where I bought a new set and learned that I will have warranty for 14 months after paying it off. The overall service was much better. I will never do business with this location again. They sold me a piece of junk."

"I placed an order on 06/30. Completed the account online. The delivery states 2-3 days. Today is 07/08 and it took me to complete a survey for anyone to call. I canceled because it seems this is not a good customer service experience and I'm a new customer. Not dealing with a company that doesn't care for their customers. I'll go to another company even if I have to pay more. I guess the saying is correct. You get what you pay for."
