"Just went by to pick up a few items today, Deana greeted me right away & was able to help me find my 2 items. I was in & out within 2-3 min. Cashiers were a bit quiet. I told both to tell Deana she was a big help & they both ignored me. Felt like they were rude to me & their co-worker. Deana u are the best, keep up the positive attitude. (Hope I spelled ur name right). Would be a 5 * but the Cashiers weren't too nice."
"I'm guessing they had a change of ownership Customer service is pretty bad. Employees don't offer to help much, and when they do, they are just as clueless as I am. I liked going to Ace over the big box stores because someone was always ready to help, and they were knowledgeable. I don't think Ace is the helpful hardware place anymore. At least at this location."
