"Came to pick up a photo I printed online for free from T-Mobile Tuesday. Register clerk said I needed to pay. Waited over 20 minutes for someone to assist and they still stated I needed to pay even though I follow the steps as a stated on T-Mobile Tuesday special. Very poor customer service."
"This is by far THE WORST CVS I’ve ever had the displeasure of attempting to get my meds at. Staff lacks knowledge of what insurance they accept, they’re unwilling to help, their drive thru takes forever, it’s just an overall nightmare. Update: After going to the CVS further down the road on Main St., the issue was resolved. Staff at the E. Altamonte pharmacy was entering the member ID incorrectly and didn’t even bother to make a call, ask someone else for help, or any other attempt to see what the problem may have been. They simply dismissed and said that they didn’t accept Independence Blue. Just go a bit down the street to the CVS on Main St. and avoid this one. The one in Main St. is open 24 hours anyhow."
"I love this busy little CVS pharmacy! The pharmacy staff take such good care of me! My medicine is always filled quickly and efficiently, and I'm always treated with kindness here. I don't have health insurance, and the staff here helps me find coupons to make sure I pay the smallest cost possible for my meds. I seriously am so appreciative of them for their kindness."
