"Lived here for 10 months it can be quiet but randomly people use our pool having parties and it gets loud.Trash is an issue some people just threw it on the ground or they don’t come pick it up along with people, throwing furniture away. And finally, the roaches are huge ! You have to keep calling pest-control back to your apartment to spray regularly. This was my first apartment I would like to stay here because I like my apartment but from what it sounds like my rent is going up so it’s time ago. Overall, I will give it them three star because they need a lot of improvement."

"Wow…. My son moved into these apartments about a year ago and in the beginning he said it was nice but now I see it was all patch work to make it seem nice to fool future tenants to move in. He had leaks,flooding and it took them months to fix the toilet , an when i visited him his shower was broken and the water was constantly running. I’m glad he moved and I hope future tenants read ALLL (stressed)the reviews before they think about moving here or any other apartments, it could save you money, time and pure headaches . To Park on Waters please don’t bother to respond to my post because I’ve seen your place and I’m not interested in anything you have to say, if the tenants can’t reach you there’s no way in hell I can possibly do so either…the office staff who was there a year ago really made my son living there a place of hell, no one should have to go through this if they are paying you rent. For the lady who made the comment that the staff doesn’t have to jump the second you call for a problem to be fixed…. YOU SHOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT FOR A MONTH EITHER!! You apparently don’t have better goals than to stay in an affected apartment complex that treats the tenants like trash!! Have a wonderful day."
