Baumhower's Victory Grille

"I realize this restaurant is "new"; however, there is no excuse for the poor service and food quality. Don't waste your time going here. After ordering, it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive, only for one of the items to be inedible, and one to be cold. I will say that the shrimp tacos were delicious; however, the fries that came with them were over cooked. The waitress was completely un-enthusiastic about being there and her level of service reflected that. We never received silverware, condiments, or drink refills. Serious waste of money and time. Never again."

"This is my absolute favorite place to eat! We drive all the way from Pensacola several times a week. Not only is the food amazing with generous portion sizes, but the prices are unbeatable. For me it’s not just the food that brings us back it’s the staff. They’re phenomenal! The teamwork is unmatched. Our server tonight was Armani he was fast! He came to the table as soon as our buns got to the seat. He had a huge smile on and it felt like he was genuinely happy to be there. Everything was fantastic as always. I also want to give a shoutout to my favorite manager Sam! He is the type of manger I’d love to work for. You can see his passion for the establishment and his staff. He is constantly hustling to help his staff bus tables, run food, and correct errors. It makes my heart full to see how much he cares about his team."

"Went here the other night for dinner, we heard good things about it from friends. The atmosphere and service was excellent, I liked the sports theme and our server did a great job. The food was definitely lacking, the fries were cold and did not have much seasoning to them. My burger was good, but I asked for no avocado and it came with avocado on it, it was also missing the onion and bacon that was suppose to be on it, and it was undercooked to my liking. It wasn't very busy so I'm not sure if it was just an oversight. They just opened up a few weeks ago, so it could just be because it's new. We will probably give it another try at some point."

"Nice addition to the outlet mall. Next to the Nike store and easy access if you come into the mall from the back side and park and walk in. Our server was very friendly and did a great job of telling us about deals and offers. Food service was fast."

"My husband and I went to Baumhower’s Victory Grille for date night, and were promptly greeted upon our arrival. We were seated at table 81 and our server was Lisa. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will be requesting her as our waitress for future visits. When Lisa brought my sweet tea, we realized there was a crack in the bottom of the glass causing it to leak. She very promptly replaced my drink and cleaned up what had leaked out. My husband had the Victory burger, and I had the Triple Play Cheeseburger. Both came with curly fries. The food was great and not over priced for what you get. These burgers were big and juicy! We also ordered fried pickles as an appetizer…they were so good. Overall, we had a fabulous experience and we will be back for more great food with great people in the future! Thank you for making our date night a good one!!!"
