"Waited 7 min before anyone acknowledged us much less took our order. The dining room was empty at 5:00 p.m. but filthy almost slipped coming in the door on a greasy floor all the tables were dirty we had to take our own water and napkins to clean a table to eat at. Then try to go to the bathroom and could not because the toilets and floors and trash can was open with trash bag on the floor or so filthy you couldn't even sit down in there. There were plenty of people there that should have been cleaning that dining room and bathroom and took our order in a timely manner we will never go back."
"We had the best experience at this particular location. The sweet woman taking our order was just the friendliest I've ever met! She even came out to check on us during our meal. So nice!"

"Pretty terrible if you're eating in. It's dirty and there's an odor that pervades the entire dining room. Not to mention a layer of grease on everything. Service is shockingly slow, too, and it's clear that many of the employees are doing the bare minimum. The food is at least on part with other Wendy's locations, which is to say, completely mediocre."
"We have been to Wendy’s all over the country and are always satisfied with our experience. Until today. Not sure what is going on with this franchise in the southern part of Alabama (Mobile and now Foley). Just doesn’t have the same customer service, cleanliness, and hot fresh food as in years past. This particular visit consisted of the drink machine having no ice, 3/4 of the drink selection being out, and an unknown greasy substance all over the floors. And chairs. And tables! We tried wiping off a table, with several visible dirty napkins, but the grease still existed! Just a little too much to overlook. Thankfully the food was still delicious so we just ate on the road. Hopefully this was just a bad day and they can right the ship. Stay strong."
