"Went in with my service dog ordered my coffee and donut and asked for a pup cup.( a little whip cream for the dogs in a small cup) the manager was utterly rude and refused to give anything. I even offered to pay for it . I was told that they are independently owned and they do not have to abide by any of the rules of Dunkin donuts. Sad . Very unprofessional staff . Go to another locations until they learn how to treat their customers or train their staff better"

"This place needs a better system. They're very busy and don't have a drive thru, so people have to go in. There seems to be a lot of confusion around the order pickup. There were lots of mobile orders sitting around but the people who came in to order were very frustrated with the wait."
