"Went there for my birthday on the 16th to enjoy the bar and the young man who is the bartender was not very pleasant. He didn't greet my husband and I which immediately thru off the vibes. I inquired about the birthday dessert their website so proudly advertises and he said "they don't do that anymore" despite me showing him it on the app. He just wasn't willing to give great customer service. Lastly, to top off this very unpleasant visit, the pasta we ordered was horrible. No seasoning what so ever! We had to keep asking for sauces and salt and pepper to eat it. Never again, I will choose elsewhere to have a good time with good food... Very disappointing"
"Ask for Phil. My friends and I were able to make it for Happy Hour and we were lucky to have Phil as our Server. He was attentive, entertaining, and you could see he tried hard and cared about his work; definitely a great server. Unfortunately, we had a friend who had a gluten allergy and while the restaurant couldn't accommodate him, Phil was able to bring us the full recipe/allergies binder and help us look for some alternatives. The Bartender herself was just as fun and professional, and prepared our drinks swiftly and deliciously. Thank you both for a great time and I'm sorry if I was somewhat belligerent. Will definitely come again!"
"I'm calling this review because of Carmen. The server we had Carmen was the best. Not only was she attentive, patient and her customer service was top notch. We had a party of 25 that turned into a party of 30 and let me just say she never missed a beat. Although she had other tables inside she made time to sing happy birthday to my daughter and niece. Management she deserves a raise. I also want to thank the manager who accommodated us in such a short notice. For these reason you get 5 stars."
