"Good customer service and really attentive to your order the only thing is that male manager is always trying to act menacing if you ask for a water cup and treats you like a bum"

"I’ve been a regular at this McDonald’s location for quite some time, and I must say that the service here is consistently great. They are prompt, friendly, and always eager to assist you. It’s refreshing to be greeted with a smile, especially during those hectic lunch hours. One thing that truly stands out for me is the accuracy of my orders. I can’t recall a single instance where they got my meal wrong. It’s a relief to know that when I order a specific burger or customize my meal, it will be prepared just the way I like it. Kudos to the kitchen staff for their attention to detail. However, my only gripe lately has been the construction happening around the restaurant. It’s been ongoing for some time now, and it can be quite a hassle. The noise and the limited parking space can be a bit annoying, especially during busy times. I hope they wrap up the construction soon, so we can enjoy our meals in a more peaceful environment. Overall, this McDonald’s consistently delivers on service and order accuracy. I’d rate it higher if not for the construction inconvenience. Here’s to hoping for a smoother dining experience in the near future!"

"This morning I was handed a very hot coffee in the drive-thru with the lid not closed correctly & it immediately opened & spilled all over me. The cup you could see was damaged & the employee did not apologize, but instead handed me napkins & started to tell me how I needed to grab the coffee because those cups are very flimsy. I was not even offered a new cup, just napkins to pat myself off with. I had to immediately drive home to remove my cloths & put cold water on the burns on my legs & hand. I have been visiting this McDonalds for a few years & have noticed in the last few months a change of staff & the service has declined. This was the last straw, I will not be returning to this McDonalds, which it is a shame because it is convenient to my home & the service used to be so great."

"Several times I have arrived at my house with missing food or the orange juice tasting like it's either pure syrup or watered down im sick And tired of this location and there terrible service"
