"I came in last Saturday (walk-in) for box braids. The woman there said she couldn't do it til later in the day (absolutely fine as I didn't have an appointment). My hair was done faster than I've ever had it braided previously. The braids are beautiful, clean, neat. The women in the shop were funny, welcoming, and a joy to be around. Will only be going to this shop from now on. Best shop in Lakeland!"
"I went to get my hair braided last week and the braids were done by the mom. The braids were cute/neat however the braids were too tight. I also noticed with African braiding shops they tend to be rough with natural hair (especially 4c) which I really don't appreciate. It's super disappointing. I do my best to prep (detangling etc..) my hair before braiding, but the mishandling is unnecessary. I understand 4c hair can be a lot but if you want me to straighten my hair before I come in just say that."

Thanks to all the beautiful, friendly ladies for making my day every time I come in! My first visit was a walk in, last minute on a Sunday.
