I also got the opportunity to have Summer (from esthetics) give me a facial. It was super relaxing and she was not afraid to ask questions when she needed assistance!! "I've always had a good experience going to beauty schools for my haircuts. Today was no different. Emily did a great job. I brought a picture of the cut I wanted. Of course my hair thickness and texture is different but it still lays beautifully. The key to a great experience is knowing what you want, telling the student exactly what you want and of course patience to let them have the time they need to do it. Thanks Emily."
"Both my husband and I went for our first and LAST Haircut on Dec. 12, 2023. My hair stylist took a phone call 30 seconds into my haircut. She put the phone under her left ear, on her left shoulder, talking violently/loudly in Spanish, and proceeded to cut literally chunks of hair out of the back of my head. I interupted her conversation and asked to move to another stylist. She finally hung up and continued cutting away. I had asked her to leave enough length to use a curling iron. It will be two months before the bare spots on the back of my head are covered with hair! My husband got a good haircut but the blaring/offensive rap music, using the "N" word every four words, was just foul. No customer should have to endure either experience. We complained to the "Teacher" of the Academy on our way out. Her only comment was is that "they are just students". We told her that it is her job to "Teach" these students better manners and to have better interactions with the public. Please save yourself the most hideous experience of your life and DO NOT EVER go here."
"I didn’t come in with much to work with, my nails are almost non-existent, but wanting to start growing my nails out I came in for a manicure. I was attended by Jasmin Rosas and she really took care of me! She was so gentle and was always making sure I was comfortable! Truly a pleasure and a very good experience. I’ll definitely be in for a pedicure soon, and hope Jasmin will be there! She was the best!!!!"
