"I was booked for a partial highlight and she did full highlight and the glaze and conditioning treatment, I was there 4 hours and her next client came early and she started doing her hair and wanted me to wait longer while she foiled her hair but I had plans so just told her to rinse my hair. So no cut or blow dry, my hair was frizzy all day and then I noticed it really does not look much blonder like I expected, pretty sure she took the foils out too soon."
