"It was my grandma’s birthday and she lives in another city away from me. I ordered online a foil balloon and assorted balloons and requested if they could make it into a bouquet. It brightened my grandma’s day!! I’m thankful and happy with the result as well as their customer service."

"I really don’t want to give such a low score but after my treatment today I feel like it is necessary. I went into the store for a refund on a item purchased. I had on my receipt other items as well but was not returning them. My total receipt was around 47.00 I was returning a 22.00 item. I did not have my husbands debit card with me because he was working and I was out and decided to stop by and return the item. I totally understand the return policy but couldn’t understand why since I had my receipt in hand my item in hand and I wasn’t returning everything else so I am not trying to get you out of so much. You can’t just give my a cash return. Other stores do it. I am sure you had cash in the register and could have made a return on my item. I wanted to speak to the manager but was dismissed by the cashier saying she will not give you what you want. So I will be back with my husband and his debit card so they can see it face to face. And make my return. And so I can prove I am not trying to swindle you out of 22.00 . I will question the next time I decide weather I want to use party city again. And if I do. Cash only!!!!"

"Made a balloon order a week ago for my daughter's birthday party today. They had her balloon ready when we arrived. I also had them blow up six latex balloons I had ordered in a party kit from them online. The foil balloons are free to blow up, but they charge $1.40 a balloon if it's latex. I'm not sure why they charge extra for their balloons considering I already paid for it. But it's not the stores fault. It's a corporate thing. It's a large store in a large plaza. It's clean and organized. They have a lot of options for different party supplies. They also have costumes and Halloween animatronics during Halloween time too. Staff was great to work with and informative of everything I asked about. I'll definitely be back in the future for party supplies and themed birthday parties for my kiddos."
