"Extremely rude customer service. Jonathan is very unprofessional. I would give zero rating for customer service. Jason came to change the motor and I was told that he will walk me through pool functions and how to take care of the pool. I was charged for $85 for pool school. He had no hand outs or any other pool school material to educate instead he was asking me if I have any leaflets with me which he can walk me through. They do not accept any suggestions nor in need of customers. Strongly recommend NOT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY."

"I recently, purchased a pool heat pump from Pool Medic-Lutz. My experience was totally positive from the time I first discussed my needs with Jerry. Jerry answered all my questions but also directed me to understanding my pool heat needs and market available equipment. As for the installation, Jerry’s Pro Team included Jason, the install tech, installed the heat pump as if it was his house with cautious particular extra care. Anthony, the Service Manager supported Jason and worked in unison. I was witness to a team working in sync. "Extremely rude customer service. I had a leaking pump and leaking filter . 2 guys came to check my pool and told my wife that that there is no leak. Obviously no leak because pump is off. I end up teaching them the basics over the phone since I weren't home. . They had no idea what they were doing. They left my home without fixing it and told my wife that they will follow up with me, never called me. I end up calling the office and another rude individual name Jonathan told me that there was no service provided at my address. Please don't waste your valuable time and money on these guys"

"This company is giving us a great service for the last three years providing a Salt Water System (If you call to the office they simply make it happen any service request). Lots of knowledge and customer oriented! I would like to highlight the weekly cleaning/maintenance service provided by Mike, Is simple fantastic! Companies need guys like him; completely knowledgeable and care for the best of his clients and proud of the company who work. I highly recommend Pool Medic. The best of the best!"
