"We had our pool started in December of 22 and finished in April of 23. We had a very good experience with everyone. They have great communication and lots of updates. The pool is awesome and we love. Design was exactly what we wanted. The only complaint I have because nothing is perfect is how are travertine was put in. It’s very uneven to the point we are having it redone by someone else. They did send out the subcontractor to fix it but they couldn’t fix it. I’m disappointed in it but love the pool."

During the pool design, we met with Louis and he was very thorough walking us through all of our options and giving us helpful recommendations. During the build, I cannot say enough about our construction manager Mardy! At the start, he let us know exactly what to expect so that there were no surprises. He communicated with us constantly throughout every step of the process. He made this process as painless as possible for us. You can tell that Mardy really cares not only about the project but the homeowner experience as well. Thanks so much Mardy! Lauren who is part of the office staff was extremely helpful also with scheduling and communication. The communication from Natural Springs is second to none which is really important when you are going through this big of a project. Each crew that came out to the project were on-time, meticulous and very clean and very good at their craft. They did an amazing job! Jimmy was great in showing us how to use the pool equipment, lights, bubblers and making sure that everything was good to go. Great guy! I just cannot say enough good things about this company and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future. Our pool is BEAUTIFUL and from groundbreaking to pool finish was only a little over 8 weeks. Please don't think twice about using Natural Springs Pools for your next pool project!"

"My family has exclusively used Natural Springs Pools & Spas for every pool we've had built in the past 20 years, and they are the absolute best in the business. Our most recent pool was just an extremely smooth process. We gave them a deposit in October of 2022, they gave us a start date in January of 2023 and 10 weeks later (to the day), it was finished. I know everyone gets hung up on the cost of building a pool, they're expensive, but too many pool builders rope you in on an impossibly low price, and then drag their feet, constantly calling demanding additional money or worse yet, go out of business and leave you holding the proverbial bag, not with Natural Springs Pools & Spas. They are realistic with the price, and they do what they say they're going to do in a timely manner. I've seen dozens of my neighbors get pools that have taken 10 to 14 months to complete, and they have all had costs that rapidly escalated as the pool progressed, so the reality is that they are paying much more for their pool than the originally contracted price. Also, Natural Springs Pools & Spas only uses the best pool equipment (pump(s), filtration, lighting, sanitation, automation, heating, water features, etc.) currently available, so it's efficient and durable, and their contractors are absolutely the finest craftsmen around. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a trusted pool builder that's been in business since 1979, find another pool builder that's been around that long, look no further than Natural Springs Pools & Spas regardless of whether you just want a pool that makes the best use of the space you have available or you want a small waterpark in your backyard, these folks are the ones you want to turn your backyard dream into reality."

"Our neighbor recommended them and we were very happy to have picked them. Natural Springs Pools built us a beautiful pool. The whole process started with their sales associate Caleb, who met us at our house and helped us design the pool. We didn’t feel like he tried to over sell us anything and explained the choices very well. He was extremely accommodating with our work schedule and even went to the office on his day off to help us pick the colors of the pavers. Then we met with Robert, one of their preliminary construction managers. He was extremely helpful and informative about the whole process and timeline. We broke ground the first week of December 2022. All of their subcontractors were extremely professional and kept our backyard clean. From the concrete company to Jose who had his crew install our pavers. Leslie kept our permitting and inspections on track and was our secondary point of contact. Our main resource was Andy. He went above and beyond in accommodating our schedule and keeping the subcontractors coming. He helped us make sure that we had everything necessary for the final inspection and was very honest about when he thought the pool would be finished. “You will be swimming before Spring Break”. We filled the pool with water in the third week of February. Karl then came over to add the chemicals and about a month later he came with the salt to start our salt cell. Pool school was done by a really nice gentleman who installed our equipment. Very informative and down to earth. He even followed up with a few items that we had talked about. Overall, I feel like they built a great pool. We use the pool almost every day and love how it turned out. Thank you!"
