"I signed up for a gym membership at LA fitness so I could practice my swim for my upcoming triathlon. No matter how much more time I spent in the pool, my progress was stagnant. Since I noticed the professional staff of Hudson Valley swim during my swims, I figured I would give it a whirl! Boy, am I glad I did! I just signed up for my third session. Don’t be fooled that this is only meant for kids and new swimmers… they have classes for all levels and they will make one to accommodate you. So easy to schedule. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’m making. Before I leave each session, I get goals for me to complete through the week until my next check point. It is definitely tailored to exactly what I need. Highly recommend! I will continue to work with them until I am the fastest swimmer in Triathlons to come!!"
