"Home Owners Beware | We hired Palm Tree Pool Supply in 2021 to refinish our pool. The company cut corners with the crew they brought in, which led to Palm Tree having to come back in 2022 with a new crew to redo the entire job. This past April '23, two massive craters formed and the job needed to be redone for a THIRD time due to those short cuts. The owner, Paul, abandoned the job and left my wife and I to deal with the subcontractors, who were frustrated from the lack of communication from Paul, and the subcontractors were asking us for more money - an absurd situation to be in. We had the same concerns over this last resurfacing, and sure enough, the pool is a disaster [both cosmetically and structurally] and beyond repair according to PMM Products. Paul hasn't answered his phone or returned any messages since the resurfacing was underway in April and has since sold the store. Palm Tree Pool Supply is not taking any accountability. According to PMM, Paul left several pools in similar condition as our pool - just zero integrity. I strongly advise against doing business with this store."

From helping us find the perfect tile (which was no easy task for myself), to demo, install, and aftercare they were incredibly attentive, patient, and thorough. Everyone on his team was super nice and very professional and they got the work done quickly, efficiently, and most importantly, beautifully. Cody and Cody did our aftercare and were incredibly diligent, and super helpful through the entire process answering every question we had and explaining everything to us throughout. The new pool has completely transformed the feel of our entire outdoor space. I can't recommend Palm Tree Pools enough!!!"

"Just had an incredible experience. Pool renovation is beautiful. When the crew wrapped up their work they took the time to cleanup the pool area and honestly left it cleaner than when they started. As for the work it was done professionally and quickly which I expected based on my initial impressions of the owner and the business. I was truly impressed with the craftsmanship of the crew. The owner stopped by and checked on the progress as each step was being worked. I seldom write reviews, but then I seldom run across such professionalism on such an important piece of my home."
