"We've been w Bill and Pinch a Penny for several years coming from two other companies that should be embarrassed. The PaP Team swooped in, immediately took care of an algae bloom and made some needed repairs on our system finally getting our pool where we could enjoy it! They come as scheduled and service the pool with friendliness and smiles and you can be confident they're actually testing the water and cleaning the pool. "I’m a huge fan of our Pinch-A-Penny! The service is always Top-Notch! I bought a variable speed motor from another pool company a few years ago and it started to have issues, Bill was there right away to help with issue, he got the parts replaced from the manufacturer and had us up an running the next day! My pool light went out and had to be replaced. They set me up with a really cool LED replacement that was a great deal! Plenty of vacuum parts in store to keep your robot running and they’ll help you with any repairs needed. Their service is second to none, my pool has never looked as good as it does with this crew. All of the staff are extremely friendly, and hard working! If you don’t want to change companies over and over, just hire this team from the start."

"Kenny one of the tech's was just at our place to repair our pool pump and diagnose an issue. He was nice - worked fast - was efficient and most important he was honest with me. Didn't overprice or upsell me. What I thought was a bigger problem he fixed for considerably less. I've been in FL 5 years and this was one of my best experiences with a business, maybe the best (and I've had more than a few that weren't honest and did poor work.) I will call them again. Many thanks."
