"I made an appointment online through the Pizzazz website. The day of the appointment I get a text cancelling my appointment. I called Georgina and she said they were overbooked and that the person before me did not tell them all the things he or she wanted so there was no time for my mans haircut. If you can't honor your online booking through your own website then you should go back to the old way. Have clients call in and make appointments. Georgina is probably very good but I am not coming back. The person before me should have been told there would not be time for the extras that that person wanted. Great, now that I don't want to go back to the barber, I have to find another salon. Dime a dozen!"

"I have been to Pizzazz 3 times for highlights, hair cuts and root coloring. I go to Brittany. She does a good job, but the last time I went, someone walked in for eyebrows, and was told that she needed to take her back to do it. However, she wasn't finished with me. I had asked for texturizing but she failed to do it because she had her mind on getting the other person waiting. So I left without having it done! The one thing I hate with a passion, is when I'm checking out, I'm pushed by Brittany to leave a tip! I don't carry cash and they wouldn't permit me to add it to my card! I was told that I could go to an ATM and bring it back! Tips are not required, and I was totally humiliated and embarrassed that someone would tell me to do that! The price that I pay each time is very high, and yet I'm told to leave a tip! I always leave a tip for the hairdresser, but when I'm forced to do it, and embarrassed by her remarks, I've decided to go elsewhere! Evidently she's not being paid well to do hair there, and has to depend on tips to survive! Sorry, but this is the first place ever that has told me to tip! I'm not returning!"

If your looking for a hair stylist that is HONEST and will tell you what will look GOOD on you then ask for Sarah! She is meticulous about hair cutting and styling too, very good never had a bad cut or style from her. She's up to date on all the trends as well so she knows her stuff! Spend a little extra, pamper yourself you deserve it!"
